Benefits of Yoga for Kids

Physically: Encourages body strength, flexibility, and balance. Other than simple exercise that they experience from school in Physical Education, they also learn how different parts of their body can create stability.

Emotionally: Kids that practice yoga will learn to be in a relaxed state physically and emotionally. Relaxing them from the stresses and pressure from school and outside school.

Mentally: Fosters focus and discipline. An important aspect of yoga is focused on your breathing, which utilises your imagination. When kids are trained to focus on their breathing while imagining a serene and clear image, they too become more serene. You can see these effects as soon as they finish a session. Every child will leave more peaceful and happier.
